Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Sales Manager
Location: Nashik
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop sales strategies for rooftop solar solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar, electrical, or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
Sales Executive
Location: Nashik
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital enquiries.
- Explain rooftop solar systems and government subsidy benefits to customers.
- Conduct site visits and collect customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the installation team for successful project completion.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
